The Kettlebell Swing Form

Doing any movement incorrectly with improper form can lead to injury, but in particular starting Kettlebell movements like the swing, clean, snatch and deadlift with heavy weights and a body that is not mentally and physically prepared can cause havoc on the body.

In this video Coach Seana Hart of EarthFIT demonstrates the first Kettlebell movement, the deadlift and some of the problems seen on the training floor.
