Amanda has been a personal trainer and strength coach since 2014. Working with all types of people, with a variety of goals, she has a passion for staying active and having fun while doing it!
Amanda graduated from Sacred Heart University with a Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training in 2013. Over the course of her studies she developed a passion for learning about how the human body operates, and the science behind safely increasing strength and athletic performance. With this knowledge she became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2014.
Specialties: Healthy lifestyle, injury recovery and rehabilitation, strength training for injury prevention.
