Mike has been with us almost 9 years! AND he is committed! He comes in 3-4 times a week depending on his schedule AND is seeing the results...
"I feel as fit as I've ever been in my entire life" He tells us: "I feel energized, I feel strong, I feel accomplished...My flexibility and balance is great...I love to play golf and its helped with my golf swing. I also play softball so I'm in better shape than most of the guys on the team and I'm the oldest".
