I’ve created the LIVE EarthFIT training schedule!! (Keep reading or head to your Mindbody Account)
These will be BODY WEIGHT ONLY TRAINING so don’t worry if you don’t have any weights! But, you can add weights if you’d like! Here’s our first LIVE training from Yesterday!

Here’s the schedule I created – based on feedback and trying to get as many LIVE as possible – but remember you can participate even if you’re not LIVE.
Every Saturday – 8:30 am
Week of 3/23 – Tues & Thurs – 8:00 am
Week of 3/30 – Mon & Wed – 9:00 am
Week of 4/6 – Tues & Thurs – 8:00 am
Week of 4/13 – Mon & Wed – 9:00 am
Week of 4/20 – Tues & Thurs – 8:00 am
Week of 4/27 – Mon & Wed – 9:00 am

* Add yourself to the Mindbody training on the scheduler
* Add yourself EVEN if you can’t make it at the LIVE time if you want the recording!
* Once you’re on the list, I’ll send you the ZOOM link for the training!
* YOU MUST be signed up 1 hour in advance to get the link to join us LIVE and to get the recording!
* …AND then you’ll get the recorded video as well after! So you’ll have access to the training FOREVER!
As of right now, they’re saying I’ll be closed till 4/30, but I’m not sure anyone knows.
